Frequently Asked Questions

How long will it take to receive my order?

My products are produced on demand, as I do not have stock with some exceptions. The estimated delivery time is indicated to you on each product page, as well as when you order on your basket. For all UK orders I will aim to print, package and ship your order within 5-7 working days. For orders overseas this may take 10-14 business days depending on your location.

How can I contact you?

If you have a question about your order, my designs, suggestions, feedback or discuss a commissioned piece of artwork please email contact me via email: markfrain@icloud.com

Can I cancel or modify my order?

Unfortunately, cancellations are not possible after you have placed your order because I produce everything on request, individually for you as your order information is automatically transmitted to my print supplier.

What should I do if I am absent for my delivery?

If you are not at home when your delivery arrives, our delivery partner will try to leave it with a neighbour. If this is not possible, it will be made available for you to collect from your nearest Post Office.

In all cases, a notice will be given to you by the Royal Mail (UK only) which will tell you where your package is located. This notice along with a document proving your identity and address will be required to collect your order.

Will you design a commissioned piece of work?

I am open to discuss commission requests, however if I feel it does suit my style of work or if you ask me design you a character which I myself am not a fan of I may refuse your request.

Can I return my order if I am unhappy?

If an order you have placed has been damaged in transit or if you print quality does not meet my high standards I will happily replace the item in question. If you are unhappy with a commisioned piece of art, this can not be returned as written in the terms and conditions above.
